In the past years, Pusing Ria has been recruiting talents to build a pool of capable leaders to help develop the production and management aspects of the company. We emphasize on the training of talents and applications of their expertise and techniques.

The General Manager Mr. Phang Thoong Hon is a graduate in Food Science from Pingtung University of Agriculture and Science, Taiwan. He has worked as a manager for a Taiwanese-invested company in Pahang that exports frozen fish and prawns to Japan and has 23 years of experience in refrigeration techniques.
  

The Production Manager Mr. Chong Wei Lik, a graduate of Chemical
Engineering from Tsinghua University, Peking, has been sponsored and sent
to “Feng Xiang Foods Holding Limited Company”, Shan Dong, China, by the
Health Ministry of Malaysia for practical training and study for half a year to
gain the latest knowledge in food processing and introduce the techniques
into the plant from outside.
  

There are other outstanding leaders in Pusing Ria assigned to different duties and positions where they display their individual capabilities and together contribute to the production of highest quality products which form the cornerstone of Pusing Ria enterprise.
